"I’m writing this review to express my immense gratitude for the care that I’ve experienced through Sandra at Mikes office in Hilliard. I have been insured with State Farm for about 5 years now, and Sandra is the real deal. Her immense knowledge paired with genuine care and compassion allows her to keep me fully informed and aware of my options. Prior to Sandra, I felt like I didn’t truly understand my insurance, but as she’s been helping me navigate my options, she’s also been building my confidence and empowering me to make the right decisions for myself. Educating me about my options melds into meaningful conversations about the unexpected aspects of life and how to prepare for them. Genuinely, if you’re having a bad day, a phone call with Sandra will leave you smiling and feeling lighter; and I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience when navigating insurance options. All that to say, Sandra is incredible at what she does. "I had such a great experience working with Autry! This was my first time having to purchase renters insurance on my own, so I honestly didn’t know much about the different coverage options or what I should be looking for. I initially signed up for a policy online just to make sure I had the required coverage, but I later realized I was paying more than I needed to.
After speaking with Autry, he took the time to walk me through everything, explain my options, and actually educate me on my renters insurance and coverage. He made everything extremely easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was able to get me better coverage while saving me about $11 a month compared to the policy I originally had.
The entire process of switching over to State Farm was incredibly simple and stress free. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and thorough Autry was throughout the process. I genuinely felt like he was looking out for my best interest and making sure I had the right coverage at a price that made sense for me.
I’m extremely happy that I made the switch and would highly recommend State Farm, and especially working with Autry to anyone looking for insurance. If you’re unsure about your coverage or just want to know if you could be getting a better rate, definitely reach out to him. He made what I expected to be a confusing process incredibly easy!"
